Q: If I’m a Gold, Silver or Bronze Member, do I still accrue loyalty points on purchases?

A: As the Gold, Silver and Bronze Memberships entitle you significant discounts on all products accruing loyalty points has ceased.

Q: How do I renew my Gold, Silver or Bronze Membership after 6 months?

A: Each membership is for a single period. At the end of that period, you will be notified and then you simply have to purchase another period through the available options. Our terms and conditions provide all our opting-in information for payments.

Q: Is my membership valid for online Click & Collect and in-store purchases?

A: Our Membership discounts are currently only valid in-store, not online.

Q: Can I use my discount on all products?

A: Yes! There are usually special membership prices available on almost every product. However some exceptions may apply.

Q: How will I know if a product is discounted in-store?

A: Pets Domain’s pricing tickets will have the Recommended Retail Price. Gold, Silver and Bronze Members will show their unique membership QR Code to Pets Domain staff at the register. Your discounts will then be applied.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

You can simply allow your membership to expire. If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can opt out by unsubscribing on any of the emails we have sent.
