Q: What happens to everyday Member’s +Plus Best Buys?

A: The Gold and Silver discount levels are significantly greater than the previous Best Buys. The Best Buys discount has now been applied to the recommended retail price of products for members.

Q: If I’m a Gold or Silver Member, do I still accrue loyalty points on purchases?

A: As the Gold and Silver Memberships entitle you to further discounts on all products accruing loyalty points will cease. For example, Gold Member’s 30% discount level and Silver Member’s 20% discount level are on top of all other discounts.

Q: How do I renew my Gold or Silver Membership after 6 months?

A: No worries, payment will automatically renew. Our terms and conditions provide all our opting-in information for payments.

Q: Is my membership valid for online Click & Collect and in-store purchases?

A: Our Membership discounts are currently only valid in-store, not online.

Q: Can I use my discount on all products?

A: Yes! The 30% Gold discount and the 20% Silver discount are valid on all products in-store, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Who do I speak to for more information about the +Plus Club Membership?

Q: How will I know if a product is discounted in-store?

A: Pets Domain’s pricing tickets will have the Recommended Retail Price. Gold and Silver Members will show their unique membership QR Code to Pets Domain staff at the register. Your discounts will then be applied.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel premium paid membership such as Silver and Gold, simply downgrade your membership to Blue through the App. Your higher level of membership will remain valid until the end of the active six-month period, but no further payments will be made for the subscription. As a Blue +Plus Club Member, you will earn points on your purchases, but not receive the discounts linked to the Silver and Gold levels.
